MEPs were only obtained after stimulation in locations within the unaffected hemisphere. (Bottom). Topographic distribution of the Cortical Silent Period (CSP) duration through the affected (left) and unaffected (right) scalp. In both hemispheres, the distribution is predominantly parallel to the anteroposterior midline. Maps are scaled from zero to the maximum duration of each side. The maximum duration on the unaffected hemisphere is longer than on the affected side.
