Knockdown of IFITM3 blocks cell cycle progression in U251 cells. (A) Cell cycle distribution of U251 cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. (B) Compared with Lv-shCon, the population of cells in the G0/G1 and S phase were increased the Lv-shIFITM3 group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). (C) Percentage of apoptotic cells showed a significant increase in the Lv-shIFITM3 group. Significant difference from Lv-shCon (P < 0.01).
