B. Positive 14-3-3
  1. Possible sCJD: I and 2 of II and duration less than 2 years
  2. Probable sCJD: I and 2 of II and IIIA or possible CJD and IIIB
  3. Definite sCJD: Neuropathologically/immunocytochemically confirmed
