First, the subject was asked to perform the motor extension paradigm actively (Figure 3b). Similarly, 10 runs of 10 passive movements were executed by pushing the orthotic device manually (Figure 3c). Finally, the subject was asked to perform the task imaginary with the same block design, while keeping both arms relaxed (Figure 3d).
