The Pathological changes of the lesion at the bottom of right frontal lobe. Hematoxylin eosin (HE) stain revealed numerous tumor cells were scant of cytoplasm with hyperchromatic nuclei and various mitotic figures (a, bar=50um), high magnification (b, bar=10um). Immunohistochemistry showed tumor cells were positive to glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) (c, bar=10um). Ki-67 labeling indicated about 5 % index of proliferation (d, bar=50um)
