The box plot includes all values from the first (25.0 %) to the third quartiles (75.0 %), while the band inside the box corresponds to the median. The ends of the whiskers represent the minimum and maximum values, respectively. The two-tailed Mann–Whitney test showed a significant difference between the IgG index after, as compared to before, therapeutic apheresis (p = 0.0001). Abbreviation: IgG = immunoglobulins G
