Shows the brain regions with reduced perfusion in one of the MS patients compared with the healthy control group. With a height threshold of P <0.05 (corrected for multiple comparison, T = 7.18), there was significant hypoperfusion in different brain areas including right anterior cingulate gyrus, right superior temporal gyrus, left fusiform gyrus, right insula, left inferior frontal gyrus, left anterior cingulate gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, right supplementary motor area, right lobule IV, V of cerebellar hemisphere, left putamen, left thalamus, left lobule VI of cerebellar hemisphere, right hippocampus, right caudate nucleus. These regions are displayed on transaxial images.
