MRI on the 1st hospital day showed a lesion on right parietal lobe that was hypointensity on T1-weighted (a), hyperintensity on T2-weighted images (b), high signal on FLAIR (c), and normal signal on DWI (d). MRI enhancement showed contrast enhancement along the surface of swollen gyrus lesion (e) and (f). MRS showed slightly decreased NAA and increased Cr and Cho peak on the lesion (g)
