The positive staining of TUNEL is presented by a brown color of nucleus (arrows) (Scale bar = 100 μm). The intensity of the TUNEL staining in sensory and motor neurons were decreased after HBO treatment. Densitometry analysis of photomicrographs for TUNEL reaction was assessed (e).
