The clinical course of the patient. The dosage of IVIg was 400 mg/kg body weight daily for 5 days. Chemotherapy included carboplatin (5AUC) and etoposide (80 mg/m2, 3 days), and radiation therapy was performed by thoracic radiotherapy 50 Gy.
