Histopathologic examination of biopsy lesions with hematoxylin–eosin staining. The tumor cells were diffusely distributed, densely packed, and rich in glial fibers. The tumor cells were of different sizes and abundant cytoplasm. The nuclei were round, oval and slender, with obvious atypia.
