SCNSL without enhancement. Multiple lesions in the brain parenchyma showed hyperintensity on T2 Flair images (a and b; arrows). No enhancement was observed on MRI (c and d). Two months later, with the progression of the disease, the volume of lesions was observed on T2 Flair (e and f: arrows), strong enhancement was present after gadolinium injection in T1-weighted images (g and h: arrows), and stereotactic biopsy confirmed DLBCL CNS involvement
