Adverse events during the last 3 months

Respondents are asked to select all relevant options: A fall that resulted in a fracture, a sprain or something similar; a skin injury due to fall or other activity (e.g. transfer, outdoor activity); a fall that did not result in an injury; more frequently occurring urinary tract infections than usual; prolonged fatigue; a pressure ulcer; emotional breakdown; increased fear with performing activities (e.g. transfers, sports); increased concern for the future in relation to spinal cord injury.
