MR imaging findings. Fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR), (a-c), diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), (d-f), and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), (g-i) images of the case at first presentation. FLAIR revealed high-intensity lesions in cortical and subcortical areas of right parieto-temporal lobes. Cortical areas were hyperintense on DWI and hypointense on ADC (arrows). Subcortical areas were hyperintense on DWI and hyperintense on ADC indicating vasogenic edema (asterisks)
