In all 20 CNS/Brain studies, including 6164 samples, 90 patients with BRAFV600E or BRAFnon-V600E were enrolled; 52 nonredundant patients displayed major patient characteristics, including sex, age, cancer type detailed, co-occurring mutations, and copy number alteration genes, and were enrolled for further analysis
