Presence of serum antibodies against ALDOA and FH antigenic proteins. The representative results of western blotting are shown. The latter showed the detection at the expected size of all the affinity-purified glutathione-S-transferase (GST)-fusion antigenic proteins (GST-ALDOA: 65 kDa; GST-FH: 67 kDa). GST and GST-fusion proteins were electrophoresed through SDS–polyacrylamide gels. They were subsequently stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue or western blotting using anti-GST (αGST) or patient sera (#350 and #692). The specific reactions to GST-ALDOA and GST-FH are shown.
