The MRI finding of case 5. The arrow (➚) showed lesion center on SCC characterized by hypo-intensity on T1-FLAIR (D), hyper-intensity on T2WI (E), T2-FLAIR (A) and DWI (B) and low ADC value (C). Signal of lesion center on SCC showed no enhancement (F). The lesions of SCC were resolved at telephone follow-up 15 days later. Moreover, there was a large oval-shaped lesion in the sellar region with a size of about 18 × 19 × 24mm (D & E; ➜). The abnormal signal was mixed. The lesion showed uneven enhancement (F).
