Serum NFL was associated with motor and cognition severity in PD. Correlation analysis showed that (A) serum NFL levels were significantly positively correlated with UPDRS III scores (p < 0.001), (B) serum NFL levels were markedly negatively correlated with MMSE scores (p < 0.001).
