Study design. aV2 is divided in V2a and V2b. If ON/OFF diary entries are non-compliant at V2a, the patient will be re-trained on correct use of the diary and visit V2b will be postponed for 3–4 days. If diary completion is satisfactory at V2a, V2b is performed immediately on the same day.
