Non-classical monocytes (CD14 + CD16 + +) were significantly lower in the peripheral blood of migraine group compared with the matched control group. (A) First, the lymphocytes and monocytes populations are highlighted, and the single cell population was selected only. Then NK cells, T cells were removed. HLA-DR and SSC-A subset was selected, and three populations within the monocytes were identified by CD14 and CD16 markers. (B) Bar graph showed that non-classical monocytes (CD14 + CD16 + +) were significantly lower (11.9 ± 10.5 vs. 33.9 ± 21.4), **p = 0.005 in the peripheral blood of migraine group compared with the matched control group, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01.
