There was no previous brain infarction apparent on the MRI T2FLAIR image, or acute ischemic stroke on the MRI DWI image. The interpretation times of the CTA images of the patient were 73 s for R1 and 81 s for R2. After the addition of CTP maps, the interpreting times were 71 s for R1 and 78 s for R2
