Abbreviation Semaphorin-7A (Sema7A), the trial of Org 10,172 in Acute Stroke Treatment (TOAST), the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), The macrophage ratios (the number of positive macrophages divide the number of all macrophages) regarding Sema7A and CD163 were abbreviated as rSema7A and rCD163. Treatment means patients with thrombolytic therapy or not. E + means the number of decimal places
