The 15 days and 21 days after ethylene oxide inhalation, Head MRA (A) and CTA (B) showed multiple areas of stenosis and partial occlusions involving the anterior, medial and posterior cerebral arteries bilaterally, respectively. The 59 days after ethylene oxide inhalation, the follow-up head MRA (C) showed that the cerebral arterial stenosis was markedly improved but not complete recovery
