Brain MRI in patients with Diffuse midline glioma, H3K27-altered. The lesion was confined to the pons. The internal signal was uneven, T2WI showed a high signal (A), and T1WI showed a low signal (B). There was no cystic degeneration or necrosis in the lesion. The lesion had a clear boundary, there was a"basilar artery wrapped sign” (A, arrow), and there was no edema around the tumor. After enhancement, the tumor showed inhomogeneous patchy enhancement (C)
