A schematic diagram of observed changes in stuttering, myocardial markers, and thyroid function. Upon the administration of immunochemotherapy, troponin and TSH gradually increased, fT3 and fT4 steadily decreased, and stuttering occurred. After the discontinuation of immunotherapy and initiation of glucocorticoid treatment, all indicators returned to the normal levels. cTnT: cardiac troponins T; TSH: thyrotropin; fT3: free triiodothyronine; fT4: free thyroxine
