Picture A was compared with picture C, the high signal slightly decreased and the edema slightly subsided in the left temporal pole (the white arrow) on T2FLAIR. Picture B was compared with picture D, the temporal horn (the white arrow) was enlarged in the picture D. It indicated that edema subsided after treatment
