Radiation mapping diagrams for VMAT. The clinical tumor volume, which consists of the surgical cavity after gross total resection, FLAIR positive region and a margin of 2 cm, received 4,600 cGy in 200 cGy per fraction over 23 days (A). This is followed by a boost to the surgical cavity and FLAIR positive region to 1,400 cGy also in 200 cGy per fraction for an additional 7 days (B)
