  1. Repeated EDSS assessments at each visit were set as the outcome, and were analyzed using linear mixed-effects regression model with subject-specific random intercept and slope for each subject. Variables included in the multivariable model (age, sex, onset-to-sample time, recurrent disease, MRI lesion length, lnNLR) were selected from significant variables in the univariable analysis as well as adjusted variables
