Receiver operating characteristic curve with respect to predictive ability of serum sestrin2 levels for six-month poor prognosis after acute intracerebral hemorrhage. Serum sestrin2 levels significantly discriminated patients at risk of six-month poor prognosis, and its predictive capability was similar to those of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores and hematoma volume (both P>0.05). Moreover, the discriminative ability of prediction model was significantly higher than any among National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores, hematoma volume and serum sestrin2 levels (all P<0.05).
